I have bought a new Samsung android tablet and registered for the trial version of mobicip
Most of the mobile apps work, however, zoom says itis blocked by a firewall or proxy. Whatsapp also complains about wifi connectivity
pls advice ASAP as this is blocking my child's studies
My trial of mobicip hinges on this

Zoom not working Whatsapp "wifi connectivity"
I'm having the same issues with Mobicip blocking zoom and saying there are issues with wifi connectivity. Please advice on fixing this.

Please let us know the device type on which you face the issue and we will invesitgate further accordingly. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Mobicip and check if it helps.
If you still have trouble connecting to the Internet after enabling Mobicip, please answer the following questions.
1. What kind of Internet router do you have at home? Brand, model, type, etc.
2. If you have another Internet connection, for instance a Personal Hotspot or tethering on your smartphone, connect your kids' devices using that network. Does the VPN problem occur on that network as well?
3. From any device connected to your WiFi and able to access the web, do a google search for "whatsmyip" and send us your Public IP address displayed as the result of the search.
